Sandusky County YMCA signed with Lake Business about two years ago. We have 3 HP Machines (MFP E82250, MFP E77830 and E50145), with a contract for service. These machines were bought new. Apparently they sold my contract to another company who can't service HP machines. We have called them 5 or 6 times with promises that this issue would be resolved. Our color machine has been down almost three weeks, they promised fast service or a replacement machine, if this issue is resolved in a week we will remove our one star review.
